This workshop touches on the ingredients for effective team-based care, identifying ways to be intentional about health equity within the ACEs screening & response process, and identifying ways that participants can continue supporting one another. Many of these changes require intentional shifts in organizational practices, and systems changes within our Network of Care ecosystem. Bringing to life the emerging science around ACEs prevention and healing requires a collective team effort.
