How can the Network of ACEs positively impact communities? “Connecting Across Sectors” explores how to build community resilience by using policy levers to support a trauma-informed transformation. By working together, across different sectors, we have the ability to create widespread and lasting change for our children.

  • Policies and integration strategies to reduce trauma, increase equity, and strengthen resilience

  • Key coalition building and communication strategies to foster cross-sector and community participation in resilience building efforts that address social determinants, prevention, and health promotion

  • How the Building Community Resilience (BCR) process is being used to launch major cross-sector efforts to address childhood and community adversity in a local and statewide initiative in Oregon.
